News!

The Board of Directors has decided to expand our Red Bulls contract and provide more Red Bulls coaching for Travel teams.  This travel year (2011-12) we will have a minimum of 4 travel teams coached by Red Bulls Trainers.  Depending on age group participation, we may be able to increase that number. 

In the past we have had wonderful volunteer coaches who have worked very hard and who have helped the Club stay competitive and move forward.  We introduced paid coaching a few years ago as a pilot program to a couple teams at the U14 and above ages.  This helped us to stay competitive with area clubs and have been an benefit for BSC and players.  The following year, we initiated another pilot program with Red Bull Trainers as travel team coaches for a couple of teams needing coaches.  This has been popular with these teams and very progressive for our Club.  With the recent decision by the Board, expansion of this program will provide the basis for the future of coaching at BSC.  Just as our volunteer coaches have been an asset to BSC, The Red Bulls Training Program has been a very valuable asset to the Club and we feel will continue to be such.
